How to Buy

Free Demo: You can download the the Inventory Cost Manager demo program, at no cost, by clicking on the link listed below. The demo program is fully functional except that you are limited to creating 2 finished parts at at time. 

If you don't have Microsoft Access 2000 - 2003, you will need the Access 2000 Runtime engine, available further down this page at no cost.

How to Purchase:

The purchase price for the Inventory Cost Manager is $149.00.  

You need to click above to download the program, this section only processes your payment. As soon as we receive notice of your payment, we will send your registration information to you by email. When you enter this registration information into the program you download above, the trial limitations are removed giving you full use of the program. This process only takes a few minutes during regular business hours (8-5, M-F, central time). If you order at night or over the weekend, your registration information may not be sent until the morning of the next business day.

You can pay by Credit Card or PayPal. Both are safe and secure. With PayPal your payment can be charged to your PayPal account or to your credit card.

Access Runtime Engine:

If you don't have Microsoft Access 2000, 2002 or 2003 you can use the Microsoft Access 2000 Runtime engine instead of the full version of Access. To do this, 

1. Click at right to download the Access Runtime Engine (33 meg): ARTinstall.exe

2.  Install the Runtime Engine by double clicking  the downloaded ARTinstall.exe file.

3. Download the Inventory Cost Manager(from the download links at the top of this page) and install it.

6.06 (04/02/12) Now works with QuickBooks 2006 and later unless QuickBooks changes their program.

6.05 (10/20/08) Now works with QuickBooks 2009.

6.04 (11/27/07) Can now work with QuickBooks 2008.

6.03 (02/28/07) Expanded size of Item field. Widened fields on reports and added an account column.

6.02 (08/31/06) Corrected rounding problem on Bill add. Expanded cost per unit column on reports from 2 to 5 digits.

6.01 (03/22/06) Released version 6 which works with QuickBooks 2006 and Enterprise 6.

3.04 (08/18/05) Added ability to work with a company file that uses account numbers.

3.03 (06/13/05) Added CA, UK and AU capability. Added error message if finished part quantity is blank and the program now filters using the Sales Receipt (Parts List) date. 

3.02 (06/07/05) Now allows customer on Sales Receipt to be blank.

3.01 (02/18/05) First commercial release.
