Job Cost Reporter

Overview

Introduction


The Job Cost Reporter enhances the reporting features in QuickBooks. The program produces reports the add any or all of the following to determine total indicated revenue and cost for a job.

1. Actual Cost
2. Unbilled Cost
3. Open Purchase Orders
4. Unbilled Time
5. Unpaid Time

 The total of the five elements is compared to the estimate and variances are calculated at the item level.

 In addition the program produces a report that show quantities for each of the five elements noted above and quantity variances are calculated at the item level.

Version 8 and later provides a Percent of Completion capability and computes over and under billing.

System Requirements:

1. Pro or higher versions of QuickBooks 2007 and later or Enterprise Solutions 7 and later.  (See the "How to Buy" page for more information.)

2. Microsoft Access 2000 - 2010 or the free Microsoft Access Runtime engine which can be downloaded from the "How to Buy"..  

3. Windows XP, 2000 , Vista, Win 7.
