Free Trial: You can download the Electronic Order Transfer programs, at no cost, by clicking the appropriate "Download" link listed below. The programs are fully functional except that you are limited to transferring Purchase Orders dated 02/15/09 . After downloading, double click the downloaded file to install the program.

To run the programs, you need the QuickBooks versions shown below and either Microsoft Access 2000-2013 or the Access Runtime engine which is available, at no cost, further down on this page. The program work with all types of QuickBooks except QuickBooks Basic and Simple Start.

How to Purchase:

You need to click above to download the programs, this section only processes your payment.

As soon as we receive notice of your payment, we will send your registration information to you by email. When you enter this registration information into the program downloaded above, the trial limitations are removed giving you full use of the program. This registration email is in addition to the shopping cart/credit company emails that you will receive. This email will be sent from support@q2q.us to the email address used on the order or the PayPal account. Our automated response system will send your registration email immediately if you purchase at the regular price or if you purchase an upgrade and use the same name and email address that you used on your previous purchase of this product.

If you purchase using an echeck or purchase an upgrade using a different name or email address than your previous purchase and:
a. if your order during regular business hours (8-5, M-F, central time) it can take up to an hour to approve you order.
b. if you order at night or over the weekend, your registration information may not be sent until the morning of the next business day.

Payments are processed by by PayPal and you can pay by Credit Card or your PayPal account.

Access Runtime Engine:

If you don't have Microsoft Access 2000 to 2013 (32 bit) you can use the free Microsoft Access Runtime engine instead of the full version of Access. To do this,

1. Click at right to download the Access 2000 Runtime Engine (33 meg): ARTinstall.exe or the free Microsoft Access 2007 Runtime engine from

2. Install the Runtime Engine by double clicking the downloaded file.

3. Download the programs from the download links at the top of this page and install them..

Version History:

9.09 Seller. Both seller and Buyer programs work with QuickBooks 2005 and later unless QuickBooks changes their database or development kit. The programs have been tested up through QuickBooks 2014

9.06 Buyer and 9.08 Seller (10/04/11) Now transfers Class and Ship Method..

9.07S (09/10/11). Switched order on detail screen so buyers item and description is still visible while looking up sellers item. Widened box shown when looking up sellers item. Added dividing line between items on detail screen for better visibility. Sellers description no longer scrolls and responds to enter key. Now checks for items that haven't been cross referenced. Added buyers name cross reference which auto populates when orders are copied from the orders transfer file. No longer saves item cross reference for items which have a blank sellers item. Now works with US QuickBooks 2012.

9.05B and 9.06 Seller (10/26/10) Now works with QuickBooks 2011.

9.05S (09/03/10) Now drops blank rows from transfer table.

9.04S (04/05/10) Now correctly encodes special XML characters on import requests.
